As of today, many schools are making those emergency payments. Chances are pretty high that the Universities are also culpable. Most of their staff have not a clue about veterans affairs. Tell them to make the payments out of the parking revenue and the Athletic Department.

        The US Troops, Veterans are the last recipients to benefit from anything
       HOWEVER
when it comes to I L Ls
      or I L L E G A L S
the INS re-hires the retired to hurry those applications.
    May GOD take em all direct to H   E   L  L ASAP for making ILLEGALs a priority and against the TEN COMMANDMENTS while systematicallys sacrificing US Troops: our sons, daughters, fathers, mothers, grandmothers and grandfathers each and every generation on foreign soil for foreigners and illegals, and heathen breeders via sperm donor exponentials….
