Anytime the VA conducts a study, it is important to note the true origin of the need and often times the subterranean rationale.  Like the bean counters in the back room need to figure out how to pay for the disability claims that are about to flood the system when our troops start rotating home next year. I trust much of the VA research, but I then question how the findings are published. Us victims of Agent Orange will forever be suspect.]]></description>
