Time, manner, place restrictions have been OK’d by SCOTUS on numerous occasions. It’s one thing to say all funerals can have a protected bubble around them to keep away hateful protesters. It’s quite another to say the bubble is only placed around the funerals of dead GIs.
 
I think the court will give half a loaf on this one, allow for protests but at a defined distance.
