The class meets for two to three hours every week and participants are asked to engage in up to an hour per day of home practice. Many people who are interested in learning mindful awareness skills do not wish to commit to making the time for the full MBSR program, others may presently lack sufficient stability to make the necessary commitment.</div>

Facilitators<br />
Drs. Teri Davis and Dana Ferris have participated in professional<br />
training with Drs. Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli, and have<br />
completed training programs at the Center for Mindfulness at<br />
UMass Medical School. Dana is a clinical psychologist.<br />
Teri is a naturopathic physician and founder of<br />
Purple Mountain Institute and the Mindful Veterans Project.<br />
