  1. I spent only a few years in the military and that was long ago.  Even so, I do read your blog and I think it provides an important service and an important voice for veterans.

  2. As an Honorably Discharged Vet, I appreciate all you do and the time you take to inform others.  Thank You and God bless all our troops in all branches past, present and future for their sacrifices, Semper Fi.

      1. Many thanks, Rad! Was out of the State for awhile attending the loss of a family member. Good to be home again for sure, hope you have been well and holding down the fort. Lets all hoist one on November 10th for all the warriors who didn’t make it home and Chesty P!

          1. OOh Rah, thanks for remembering all those that paid the ultimate sacrifice with their lives so the rest of us can be free!!! Mother Green and her killing machine, those that served understand and those that didn’t, well God bless ‘em too! Sorry, had to take a shot at the squids even though I love them also, they just need to get off of the boat once in awhile and chew some dirt, SEALs, SeaBees and EOD excepted, of course! Have a great night, out.

          2. No apologies necessary.  We’ll get ya there, clear the beach, build your barracks and bail your ass out with the finest close air support pilots or precision NFGS whenever you need us… :)

  3. Thanks everyone. We got some really good folk at this Tucson Citizen experience.  You all make it worth the time to find stuff of relevance that will further the betterment and care for our veterans.  I sleep well knowing we are doing some good. Thanks again. Mike

  4. Oh yeah, and for you Radmax. Remember what Chesty said when his troops said. “sir we are surrounded”? He said “great, we got em right where we want em”  So Corps!

  5. I care about vets having several in my family.  An uncle (medic) and cousin (lost an arm) were in the famous 442nd Regimental Combat team in WWII.  Several other cousins have served in the Army, and a son of one of those cousins has been stationed in Iraq twice now.  My husband was in the German Air Force before he emigrated to America and became a U.S. Citizen.  Thanks for your service Mike, and for your blogs, as you are the Voice of the Vets online.
